Template
With the template, installing the Ranch mounting brackets is extremely simple. By following the guides on the template, all the holes in the ground are made in the exact position, without the need to take measurements. This helps avoid mistakes that could compromise the success of the installation and make management less efficient. The template is particularly recommended when purchasing two or more Ranch units, allowing for a quick, simple, and effective installation. -
Nursery Box Divider
Designed for the most delicate stage of calf development, the colostrum phase, the nursery box provides a sheltered, monitored, hygienic, and safe space for the first days of your calves’ lives.
With the divider, you ensure the calves have two separate areas, for maximum safety during the most critical stage of development. -
Ranch Additional Module
When installing multiple Ranch units, the best solution is to connect them in series, sharing one side. By adding a module (or more) on three sides of a base Ranch, larger units can be created, saving weight, assembly time, and money, while also gaining greater management convenience.
It is also possible to open a passage between modules, connecting individual Ranch units to create a larger enclosure for multiple calves. The passage can be conveniently opened and closed whenever desired using the dedicated gate. -
Ranch Mounting Bracket
With the mounting bracket, it is possible to secure the ranch to the ground for greater stability of the enclosure. The bracket, screwed into the ground, locks the Ranch with a pin, so it can always be removed to move the boxes. The bracket allows the Ranch to be tilted upwards for easy cleaning. Even when installed in series, connecting up to 3 modules, the Ranch units can be easily tilted by a single person.
The accessories do not need to be removed for tilting or cleaning, making management even more convenient and faster. -
Roofless Frame
The roof frame is recommended when the shelter is indoors and a roof is not needed.
In warm but windy climates, the shelter provides the calves with the necessary protection, and the absence of a roof allows excellent air circulation.
For indoor calf pens that are not enclosed on all four sides, the roofless shelter can be the best solution.
The roofless frame allows better calf monitoring and maximum air exchange, while also providing support for an infrared heat lamp. -
Torx T50
The Torx T50 bit is the universal bit used to fasten all Welfare Farm screws.
Its shape allows an even distribution of force on each face of the screw head, preventing it from being stripped during use.
With this bit you can easily assemble all your products using a single tool.
